I hear mass resigning is a good way to lower your game count...
and your rating...
So I don't think anyone is going to do that

But now if your games are UNRATED, then it may be a different story.
but for me, I even take my unrated games way too seriously
Well how are you going to play people your level if you have done this crazy method?
Good point. Ratings are important for this.
Definitely not, as seen by CONIC.
When I first saw the ratings there, I thought that I could crush those "1200s" easily, but no
Playing OTB is the ONLY way to increase your rating visibly.
Are you sure? In the a bit over 2 years that I have been on this site, my blitz rating as gone up from about 950 to around 1800. And my other ratings have gone up quite a lot too (I use my blitz rating here because when I first created my account, I only played blitz).
seen far too many good folk burned out by taking far too much games on , they tend to leave cc and i keep my fingers crossed they return , selfish of me i know but i miss them ,
chess is fun and should remain that way , taking on too much though means it aint fun no more it becomes a nightmare as you rush to complete moves in the hope you can get vacation set and take a breather only to find that folk have made a move in reply starting the whole process again ,
it causes serious burnout and id say keep your game count at a level you enjoy , and i admin too , and we all get pestered by admins to play that next oh so important match ,,,,
I just saw someone with >1400 games. First I thought it was a mistake... Seriously what is the motivation for doing this? How many hours per day? Obviously one cannot focus on that many.
The way that chess.com does the time control (at least with the club matches) is not conducive to playing a lot of games. If it was 30 days for 10 moves (instead of 3 days per move), then one could play more games because one can save up days for complicated positions and play quickly when the position is straightforward.
Alright it looks like we have a winner here...

2500 games with 0% timeout!?!?
Yeah, I actually want to keep my rating and get it higher...
