Dang, i keep losing chess games, not not a single win in 5 games, plz help... i might just rage quit

I keep losing games, i traded, checked, swapped, castled, opened, but i couldnt even freaking win a single game... i hate this, help.

Looking at your last few games, you seem to have a habit of denuding your King of his defensive pawns, and more generally not being careful with your pawn structure e.g. creating isolated pawns and doubling up pawns whilst not developing the centre (or the flanks). This has created vulnerabilities in your defense that your opponents have chiseled away at for a material advantage, or used to directly threaten your King.
