As previously posted, the perception of cheating is vastly greater than the actual level. Many that think cheating happened in many/most of their games are unfounded assumptions.

Outside the top level, the incidence of cheating is minimal.

Your numbers are off as well. In the first quarter of the year, there were 9.7 million daily active users on average, with 14.9 million new accounts over that time.

You don't have to believe the site reported numbers, but that doesn't make them incorrect.
