This clock doesn't show seconds counting down until you're under 20 minutes.
Note that if the colon that separates the hours and minutes is flashing that means the clock is counting down. You will have to wait 60 seconds to see the 39 turn into 38.
Dgt North American Delay option won't work

I got my Dgt North American Chess clock and when I set a delay it won't countdown. It does the delay and counts down one second and then stops. Say I set a 40;d5 (40 minutes 5 second delay) it would take five seconds change to 39 and then stop counting down on the same move.
Please help I have a tournament this weekend with the 40;d5 time control I need to be able to set a delay
