DGT Pegasus vs Chessnut Air users, anyone?

Hi guys,

I'm currently choosing an eBoard and I REALLY like the aesthetic of the DGT Pegasus. However I have read a lot of reviews that it's basically unusable on chess.com with iOS devices, is that still the case?

I don't like the look of it, but I think my only option for a bug-free eBoard with iOS and Chess.com is the Chessnut Air?

Amazing, amazing, thank you so much for this comprehensive response!

Do you have any idea how I request the free chips to make my own pieces? I lathe wood items in my spare time and could hopefully pull something fun together!

I've ordered the Chessnut, very excited about it. Board size is not an issue, I will have this on my work desk to play on breaks, the only thing I sort of dislike about the chessnut is the very yellow (white) pieces, but I'll have to make my bones with that for better functionality.

I'd love the tournament edition and I may eventually but one once it's on offer, but I'm totally new to Chess so I thought I'd pair a Chessnut with a Diamond chess.com sub and make use of the incoming Coch Bots etc, going to enjoy this happy.png

Hey just checking in to see how you liked your Chessnut Air. I've been looking around for a board and have narrowed it down to the Pegasus and Chessnut Air. I've heard that there has been software updates to both recently.
