Diconnect and no reconnect

I was playing a game and suddenly it said that I was disconnected and had no service even though I was connected to WiFi. So I close out and see if there is an issue and when I log back in after about 10 seconds there was no attempt to reconnect me to my game. Then after about refreshing the home page 5 times it shows the game I was in as a loss. At least let me lose on my own and not due to some stupid server problem
