Another thread said that you had to use the Variants server to get the achievement.

(That means you have to use the website to get to the Play menu and then to Variants.)

The variants server only gives achievements for 4PC

For 3+, KotH, and Crazyhouse the games have to be played on the main Play server.

I won 2 games of three check but did not get.

Why didn't I got the easy as 1-2-3 achievement?? I won 1 game in chess.com and had my correct account but I still didn't get the achievement. Please help

Chess.com might have an error.

The achievement system is buggy. If you contact Support, they might be able to manually it for you.

How to get the Easy as 1-2-3 achievement.

1) From the main page on the left side, hold your mouse over the play icon. Do not click "4 player and variants." Click on the PLAY icon. (should be the first thing in the list followed by play bots, play coach, etc..)

2) For the new game select the time drop down menu, change the standard setting to "3 check" and then select a time. It should now go back and have your time followed by 3 check and a start game button. Click on start game.

3) It should now start searching for an opponent within your rating range. If it's taking a long time, you can increase the range and get an opponent faster.

This will allow you to play on the PLAY servers and you should get the achievement if it was a rated game and you completed the game.
