what you need to do-

1) report that account

@op, improve your rapid rating or any one rating, even though i support rapid because of live improvement it provides, daily chess is slow and you may make mistakes in otb by playing only daily chess .After that you would face less abuse there. After i left low rating in any one category, and concentrated to play that category, i didn't face abuse once i reached higher rating in that category . That's the only option. It is like social credit in real life.

i dont think so rating has anything to do with abuse , even i get abused by low rated players when they cant win . meanwhile most of the low rated players on site are for another purpose only catfishing and chatting with girls

I am talking about above 1600 . Whats yours. I also set rating range -25 to infinity. Thats way i will not get demotivated to play. But if chess was real money gambling, i would have feel encourage to face player far below my rating

"Disrespect during games continues on Chess.com"

That is the whole point of the internet/social media, where cowards can say things without fear of any consequences, that they would never actually say face to face.

@my chess.com elo is 1250 , AICF is 1490 something (peak was 1803), in that chess.com rating in any category, you don't get respect from some person. Aicf rating is easy picking as well, what's your age

In real life also they say bad thing, just because nobody told something, everybody is different and have different experience other than you. They actually try to touch your feelings . that why men are rough when they are with expensive car or any other there valuable asset if they see a threat and say bad thing to your ear. If you are his innocent victims to hear his words first, there you go what you say they don't say on your face

Disrespect during games continues on Chess.com. In addition to the obvious players who use AI to play and win, there are also countless players, mainly from certain countries, who have no manners whatsoever when it comes to playing. Here is the latest, "[removed]", who is completely disrespectful during chat. When Chess.com is going to do something, all my friends have stopped paying for this website to protect this kind of depreciate people.

Please don't make accusations in the forum. Yes, there are many disrespectful players. The thing to do is to report them using the report link on their profile.

If someone gets enough reports (from different people), action is taken. Almost 200,000 accounts were closed for abusive actions last month. - justbefair

As long as there are chats here or any other popular service there will be special people who use these chats for cursing etc. Like a hammer that may be used to build a fence or be thrown at raccoons and beavers. Try to change your attitude about these special people and keep playing chess.

Flags can be changed easily on chess.com so this correlation might be irrelevant
