This is quite common. Some people has rating of 2000 in lichess, and 1500 in chess.com. Other have 1900 in lichess, and 1700 in chess.com. I guess the difference is between 250 - 500 .

lichess rating is not realistic. If we are comparing to FIDE ratings and using them as base, lichess is extremely inflated.
Both sites 2400+ blitz ratings once upon a time.
I would say Lichess is easier quality of play is higher on chess.com but Lichess players usually much faster , then chess.com players.
Also Lichess gives wins , where's chess.com would give a draw. Lichess is correct in thus particular scenarios, because it follows FIDE rules.
How big a deviation do you think there is between lichess elo and chess.com elo? What is your elo on lichess and on chess.com? Mine on lichess is 1950 and I haven't played many games on the chess.com lately and my elo is 1424 in rapid here, I think that I have performance between 1500 and 1600 on chess.com in rapid...
