Just to many people here claiming to have made 2,000 elo after just 1 year of play imo. I wonder how many of the people would be able to win and be 2000 elo in otb in a live tournament? With people watching etc...

for this one is fake 100%... this dude literally started as 1500 and moved up to 2000 in 60 games...probably grandson of einstein himself...i guess he had years in chess club as kid which explain only 71 matches being played here...

2,000 points gained after just 1 year of play? Heck in one more year you can beat Magnus easily if true then yes you would've potential. You only need to make 3,000 elo to be among the best players in the world statistically and since obviously, so many new young players here are getting to 2000 with little effort whats another 1000?🤣🤷‍♂️

2,000 seems like it would be very hard to achieve well done stormy and others at that level.

2000 Rapid ratings player? You have potential; just keep learning and you'll be better. It's a difficult achievement to reach 2000 ratings in chess especially in rapid, since it's longer time control and had deeper calculations.

2000 online vs 2000 in actual live in person tournaments (real ratings) isn't comparable. You gotta take the plunge buddy, get in there and play real tournaments, it's the ONLY way to know your real level.

Getting to 2000 in a year isn't completely insane, and it is very doable if you work hard.
