Excellent question. You'll be only nervous if you play for MONEY, PRIZE etc..

1. You like chess, right? Then play! You love the game and get a challenge, just try your best.
2. Play for the quality of the moves, not the result, if you play well you will usually win.
3. Don't worry about the prizes, do you play chess only to make money?
If possible I don't even check what the prizes are till I actually win
4. If you are still nervous, god can take care of that.

I do not have any good websites to study on the three stages of the game. May I ask you how you are suppose to study on the three stages of the game? I was thinking literally just tactics and solving them, like endgame tactics middlegame tactics etc., however I quickly found out that chess is not 90% tactics and I am stuck on what to study to improve my chess. What am I suppose to study? Is it something like.. endgame = just look at high rated games and analysis? I will also read a chess book for 30 minutes during the 2hr practice.
