I like 10 min. People play too frivolously in 5min.
Another example of the frivolity of 5 min chess.
I play it on a lark from time to time. 5/5 is the time I use. I don't care for it at all without an increment.
I play chess to relax. ( I get enough time pressure at work, in traffic, with the family, lol, etc. ) I like to play 10 or 15 min, occasionally 30.
And I like the time increment too.
I don't like blitz 3 min or bullet, but in blitz 5 min play.
