On my iPhone before, yes, but I do not feel very safe about it because of the possibilities of being interrupted during a game. My office is decorated in chess memorabilia and most of my staff plays chess anyway or knows that I love to play chess, so its not a big deal anyway.
Only on lunch break. Playing while I'm being paid to work would be kind of dishonest, and besides, I can't concentrate as well and tend to make blunders.
