Do you think that chess.com is as good now as it was before?

Like any site, chess.com has always had its share of annoyances. But do you think it is getting worse?

Here is my constructive criticism:

1. Engine users and cheaters seem to be more prevalent, judging by the number of topics I see on this issue.

2. Members seem to be getting getting ruder and spammier. Hardly anyone I play thanks me for a good game, and some days the daily puzzle has something like 90% spam comments.

3. The staff can't even get the daily puzzle link right sometimes. On occasion (such as today) it is a broken link, and you have to search for the puzzle in the forums.

However, it also has its share of awesome features like the tactics trainer and chess mentor, along with a wide variety of different chess types to play (bullet, blitz, standard, etc.)

Thoughts?
