OTB my win rate is really weird. It's something like:

White win = 50%

White draw = 35%

White loss = 15%

Black win = 20%

Black draw = 20%

Black loss = 60%

But online I don't think there's much of a difference. Slightly better with white

why is the draw percent so high?

White probably, because I feel great while playing with white and gives me the feeling of attack, whereas with black I try to defend all the time,

Lmao I had an otb tournament where I drew all 5 of my games once

I play really solidly and don't like taking risks. Plenty of draws against titled players too so that's nice

I don't play otb. Here in rapid 58% win with white 35% loss, 44% win with black 46% loss. In blitz 41% win with white 53% loss, 55% win with black 43% loss. Lol apparently somehow I do better with black in blitz, and it's quite long tendency, on lichess too

My win rate percentages as of this writing are as follows:

90 Days

White: 39%/11%/50% (I've kinda sucked as of late.)

Black: 63%/5%/32% (The Sicilian Defense rarely does me wrong!)

All Time

White: 53%/4%/43% (Typical, I suppose.)

Black: 54%/4%/42% (It's real close!)

is it bad if my draw percentage is like 12 percent for all time😅

Why should it be bad?

I win more with black but recently I have been winning more with white

I definitely win more with white, everything feels better right off the start, I think statistics say white has a slight advantage from the beginning, because you move first, but I think its different for people who tend to play more defense vs attacking, I feel that when I'm black that I want to be more defensive and cautioned at the beginning, say 14 moves....

I win more with White, but in routine fashion.

Nearly all of my really spectacular games are with the Black pieces.
