Sure! Lay it on me!
Does anybody want to know how to destroy the French Defense?

On white play exchange variation, that'll crush their spirit and avoid much complication
I usually play advance variation and more often than not I end up blundering the center pawns.
Case in point:

By stealing american jobs as we indians are the best.
What about reservation in your country? People in india hate the sc/st people, i mean outcasts or dalits, tribals, adivashi people. As result of this government had taken affirmative action to grant reservation to lower caste people to improve their economic condition. I mean government should take should take some measure to this matter like they have done to obc, i.e dividing the reservation policy on the basis of creamy and non creamy layer .i mean like 4 lakhs is the division between creamy and non creamy. Those having income having more than 4 lakhs gets no reservation, i.e creamy layer. I ask modi ji who is too an obc to look into this matter seriously.

Not too hard to destroy the French defenses. Much harder to fight against A the French Resistance.
Especially since you must listen very carefully, they say it only once.

3500 stockfish almost always play French. If you can find a way to destroy French, you will be 4000+ rating!!

I've had slightly better results as White with the Advance Variation than with 3 Nc3 and the Winawer or similar variations: I've gotten myself into awkward Q-side positions after ...Bxc3 bxc3.
Nevertheless, I'm still playing 3 Nc3 because I know I'm understanding more about it each game.
A while back, I noticed on chess.com's Opening Explorer that White tends to do well with the Exchange Variation with Be3 and copied and saved this image to my computer's French Defense folder, though I haven't tried it yet:

As a French Guru, I can tell you that there is literally one and only one way to destroy the French Defense, and that is PATIENCE!
It's all about keeping the blockade on e5, never allowing e5 out of Black, and working your way down to a favorable endgame, leaving Black with the dreaded KNIGHTmare of Good Knight vs Bad Bishop! Then you have to grind out the favorable endgame which usually leads to one of two results. 1-0 or 1/2-1/2.
Obviously, as Black, this is the exact scenario you want to avoid! This is why the French is not a sit-back-and-wait defense like the Caro-Kann is.
I write articles on the French regularly at www.charlottechesscenter.com, click on BLOG in the menu bar at the top.
The series that I started about 2 months ago that is now 5 articles deep does see Black scoring in 4 of the 5 games, but they'll be others where White wins. Given the theme I'm likely to cover in the next one that I had originally intended to be the theme for the latest one but something came up that I felt I had to cover instead, you should see White winning the next one. Stay tuned.
Oh, and if you want the one where White wins, go to Volume 2 - published in March.
