Basic members have limited access to their game archive, but I forget if it's 30, 60, or 90 days. After that the only way to access those games is with a premium plan. And yes the Explorer works just fine...
Does chess.coms explorer tool work?

When I use the explorer tool to look up my games it shows I’ve only played 158 games, where in reality I’ve played several thousand. Does this tool work properly for everyone else, or does it just like to exclude my games for some reason?
