Its not myth.Try eating a bit of chocolate just b4 you go to sleep and i bet it takes at least an extra hour to nod of.Chocolate goes to the same part of the brain as heroin,and thats why heroin addicts who are going thro cold turkey get a craving for chocolate.Ive seen it!..
