Hi.......I have a question......when I play much more stronger opponent on Sicilian dragon variation of any line ....it's become much more difficult......I had not prepare my self deeply......and wonder.......the dragon line........for now what do I understand in dragon.......dark bishop and c file and amazing hidden sacrisfy and advantage for black at endgame........I'm not e4 player......did really e4 player will prepare concretely against dragon line.........it much harder to play against stronger player with dragon......is dragon suitable for 15/ 10 time game as black........I'm confuse.......I would like to prepare my self deeply and concretely in dragon.......I would like to have opinion.....is that dragon line will suit me against e4 player in 15 /10................I would like to make dragon as my secret weapon too..... will it work too....I lost on 18 game.......so I think I should have some secret weapon..........i will appreciate for this reply and sorry if it's annoying.thank you

I doubt they fear it. At the 1700 level for live standard, your opponents probably don't know the variations out any farther than you do.

Look at this position from your latest game. 9..a6 is pretty unusual. Bd7, Qa5 and even Nxe4 (!)  are more popular (using the Game Explorer database.)

On the other hand, white's decision to take your knight on c6 and then play 11 Rb1 was a novelty of unclear purpose, so white was clearly out of book too.

I looked through your archive a bit and I didn't see any recent games against players rated more than 100 points higher than you. You should try a few and see what happens.

Depends.

As the dragon is me, they better welcome or fear it.

Yeah i don't fear it, I like games playing against the dragon, just go for the pawn storm. Theres a chess mentor course thing on here which is about beating the dragon, its pretty good.
