Does speed chess make you sad?

After you play some speed chess, often you feel terrible. It's not because you played speed chess, although that could be a reason, but for me very often I look through the speed games, and I see that I make horrible mistakes and missed basic tactics and even hanging material in bullet, simply because it's speed chess.

On another less related note, I make a lot of positional mistakes as well, since often I just need to make a move, and throw out a bad one.

Still, one would think that you'd be able to play with some level of quality in speed, and that's very upsetting when you play through your speed games quickly, and notice 2-move tactics that were sitting there for 3 turns, unnoticed by you or your opponent.

On another note, what this shows is that to get to 2000+ in speed ratings here (say within 100-200 games. starting from 1200) you just need to not hang material, see basic 2-3 move tactics quickly/consistently, and quickly execute a basic positional understanding that you could get within 6 months of playing. In fact, with what I've just described, you could more-or-less easily reach 2300 blitz/bullet on this site, I'm positive, because I can't do any of those 3 things well in speed chess.
