Does the rating estimator factor in your actual rating?

I just did the rating experiment and the results are like you guys already said really crazy, i put in Kasparovs best game but changed his and his opponents elo to 200 and the rating evaluation gave out and estimate of 950, all while still saying what an incredible game it was by both sides. Whats interesting is, that once you change the elo to something above 4000 the elo evaluation just disappears completely. All in all the results are quite disappointing since it devalues the magnitude of the evaluation by a lot
