doing puzzle storm on lichess.org daily but no significant improvement

I am doing everyday 20 puzzle storm and then analyzing my mistakes. but I am not still getting so fast at seeing them. you know in one second. I was wondering how these grandmaster solve them almost instantly.

Because grandmasters saw every pattern milion times.

Puzzle storm (or puzzle rush on chess.com) is good only if you for some reason want to be better in blitz or bullet. If you want to be better at chess in general? Do regular puzzles.
