e4, d6, d5, e6, good or bad, what to do

for a surprise attack this would work, but what to do in general if your opponent does this

I guess you mean e4, d6, d4, e6 because d5 is an illegal move.

You can do whatever you want. The critical position will come much later.

In general I'd say new players wouldn't keep the pawns abreast on e4 and d4 long enough. Just develop and castle. After you're in the mid game you can choose a pawn break.

take the center and play regularly, but watch out for traps (idk i dont play that opening so)

e4 d4 c4 no f4 because your king is more vulnerable
