If bishop takes rook, then the pawn will become a queen.
If en passant didn't happen after c4, the black pawn could have been taken by the other white pawn.
It does not matter what white does, the pawn will promote after en passant.
Is every en passant move or just that one cause i think that was just a great move in general. I mean theres nothing they can do to stop you from promoting it so I think thats why its brilliant.

I have a brilliant move but not en passant
Apparently a lot of guys (including the OP) think that the move is labeled brilliant because it is en passant. My brain hurts.

Yes, I realize that the move is a basic tactic, because the rook is hanging.\
I'm trying to say that the move is not brilliant, and joked that it was because of en passant.

Great move usually refers to the only good move in the position. Brilliant moves aren't necessary to be the only best move, but it usually involves sacrifice.
Apparently literally taking en passant is a "brilliant" move in chess.com analysis now.
