GUYS WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!?! EN PASSANT IS JUST A CLEVER MOVE NOT A CHEAT. IF CHESS.COM GIVE PUZZLES, THEN IT'S NOT CONSIDERED CHEATING! LOGIC.

Sorry I did all caps because I'm extremely irritated about some random discussion that shouldn't even exist.

Why can't you say "French term" instead of "frenchie term"?

Sounds like French fries merged into one word

I think the idea behind en passant was to allow your opponent to capture your P as if it only moved one space forward when you might have tried to evade capture by initially moving it two spaces forward. I think it has to do with a sense of fairness. This is just my opinion and I may be wrong.

En passant is a centuries old move.

And I think that it is a fair move since it can only be used under certain circumstances

The worst thing was about to mate my opponents, King, then his King pulled a Usain Bolt move after he tries a 2nd move with the Rook

chess.com has sunk to a new cheating low  lol

I didn't know that a chess move would constitute as a news item.
