Depends on the overall position but more often than not the bishops are better because they can hold back pawn chains whereas a knight struggles against them, bishops can overlook both sides of the board and can switch sides much faster whereas knights are confined to a small space. In fact a bishop's power rises in the endgame. Bishops can also corral knights.
Endgame best minor pieces?

If it was just those minor pieces with no pawns - the Two Bishops Mate would be easier to learn than the Knight and Bishop.
Is it better to enter the endgame with two bishops/knights than a bishop and a knight?
