Endgame Troubles
You don't know the basic theoretical King and pawn endgames? Books I've seen highly recommended is Silman's Complete Endgame Course and for more advanced players Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual
I recommend Dvoretsky's book. I know you only wanted a few must know endgames, but he colors the ones he considers must know blue. Sometimes only the diagram itself is blue, and he leaves the analysis in black (he just wants you to know the evaluation). You can use the rest of it of reference (and he gives some exercises).
Still, this is probably more positions that you wanted, about 200 blue diagrams. But since you don't want to learn much about endgames, you could skip all the e.g. R vs minor piece, rooks vs queen, and things like R+B vs R endgames. If you only did the chapter on R vs R and R vs pawn endgames it would be worth the price of the book IMO.
I recommend "100 Endgames you must know" by Jesus de la Villa
Basically a collection a all basic endgames positions that a player should dominate. Well explained and without going too complex.

I always thought dvoretsky might be too advanced for me but ill check it out.Thank you.
It's true that most of his books are for masters and up, his endgame book isn't like this though. Some of the positions are extremely basic... I believe it starts with king and single pawn vs king.
