You clearly do not know what a ban means. It is very different from a law. It is illegal to murder(not the same as kill) people because they have a right to their life. This is a law in most civilized countries of the world. A ban can be formal or informal prohibition of some persons or some activity in some place. P.S. Your attempt to justify your use of the word 'banned' is, frankly, artificial and while maybe works for the purposes of sophistry in law school (wouldn't surprise me, at least), in the real world where words actually have meaning, you frankly just weren't careful with how you chose to express yourself. If you were smart, you'd accept that and move on.
Even if your objection was correct (and it isn't), you should have been able to anticipate the obvious reaction that a wiseguy like me would have. Yet you didn't.

It depends on your definition of "troll". I think his wit and sarcasm is readable, whereas I think a troll is not witty or readable.
