Your first game was unrated.
You forfeited your second game on time. You had 24 hours after your opponent moved to make your move. You didn't move in time. That game was rated. That's why your rating fell to 1078.
If you are saying that you logged in but no game was visible to you, I would write an email to support. Forum posts are mostly answered by other users, not staff.
