Hello

I was wondering if there was a way that you can bring up the evaluation bar when you are watching other people play chess games from the phone chess.com app.

I can see the evaluation bar when I watch chess games from my PC, but can't figure out how to get it to work on my phone / iPad. Does it even work on these platforms?

The eval bar isn't for people who try to manipulate their ratings to go from 1300 to 700. Sorry.
