How much should I expect to pay for a copy of "The Book of the Cambridge Springs International Tournament, 1904" by Reinfeld published by Black Knight Press in 1935?  Can be either hardcover or soft.  Thanks!

Alot depends on the condition of the book if it looks like it's been through a war and a german shepard took a bite out of the front cover or someone scribbled their name inside the front cover or on the pages or some are missing or torn the value of the book goes markedly down.

In absolute prestine mint condition first edition a seller could charge you through the nose $300-$500 I wouldn't pay anymore than that if I wanted it bad enough.

Softcover in 1935?  Really?

I'm very late to this topic. You should expect to spend $50 to $85 for a nice hardcover copy.  For all practical purposes, it is the only book that has been published on this tournament.  @Estragon refers to an earlier version -- at the time of the tournament, there was a daily bulletin.  This info was compiled (along with other material) into the American Chess Bulletin (Vol.1, No. 1).  Some would argue that this was the first tournament book on CS1904.  If you're interested in the tournament, check out my web site: http://cs1904.com/
