rh1 to rh3 in french is great all around move

bxh7 in greek gift sac is amazing

rxc3 in silician is another great one esp when they castle queen side open up b file and isolated a pawn.

rxh5   to open g file and get an attack on king is one of fischers and my new favorites

i like moves like f4 and f5 to open the f file to attack the enemy in certain openings and positions...
