Fide ratings vs Online ratings

I've seen on many forums that chess com ratings tend to be lower than FIDE ratings but i find it weird cause i played a rapid tournament a few months ago when i was just beginning to play chess seriously (was around 900 blitz, and barely played any rapid games at that time, but i would probably say i was around a 1300 rapid) and ended up playing well and having a 1737 fide elo which is a lot more than my chess com elo, anyone has any idea why ?

That's actually very odd, usually it's the other way around with chess.com being 200-300 points higher.

You have to play at least 4 or 5 tournaments to get enough games played for the ratings to have a chance to be accurate. A lot of players will have single tournament performance ratings that are far far off from their AVERAGE rating. It's the average performance that matters.

I've had master level performances for a single event back when I played rated otb tournaments but I'm not near master level on AVERAGE.
