I finally did it. I can't believe it, especially since I'm still only 1140 rated. I've played I think over 100 games with this bot but never beat it. It's a huge accomplishment for me.

Thank you everyone! Also @SpacePodz. I have a very important tip. Before I would always just rush in my game and not take a lot of time to think about my moves. In this game I looked very carefully at the possible moves I can make and what he could do in response to my move. That's how I won.

Try playing ruy lopez Or giouccu pianno, I have messed games in ruy lopez against this bot, all in all just look out for threats and try to defend them since wally is a positional player I guess?

Before I have tried the London system with little effect, so I will try those openings out. I will also start taking my time, I find that with bots I always rush for some reasons. Thanks for the advice.
