Hello chess world I am very excited because I'm entering my first chess tournament. I am currently 14 years of age ( 8 grader ) and I just need some clarification on things "how do I offer draw?" "How do I resign?" " what is a uscf rating ?" Etc. if you could help it be amazing because I'm very nervous.
