Follower & Views | Does Not Match Number Displayed | See attached Image

Hi ... I noticed something ... per my image attached here ... and I have seen some other post chat about views etc and they posted an image similar to mine ... yet they did not mention or question what i am questioning here:

1. Why does the number not sync with the followers and views?

2. Is views the same as followers?

3. Mine says eight ... so is it eight followers or eight views?

Followers are Friends, by default unless they manually unfollow, and anyone that manually clicks follow on your profile. Views are unique view of members to your profile.

You have 8 views and no Followers.

And I am little unclear as to what you say "Views are unique view of members to your profile" ... i dont know what that means ... you mean simply when someone views my profile see my stats or whatever ... that is considered a view?

And if i had followers ... where is that number found? I cant understand the location of numbers vs. the hover over sentence and only showing one number ...

The number under the icon is the number of followers.

The value on hover are the views. My understanding is that is unique, as in if a member views your profile multiple times, it will only increment the count by 1 once
