Awesome Job!  That's very nice.  What program did you use to create this.

Thanks, guys. I did this in Photoshop CS2. I can't justify the upgrade to CS4. My computer probably coudn't handle CS4 anyway. Hell, it can barely handle what I give it now.

As for exactly HOW these things are made, well... first, you'll need to join our organization. There's a big ceremony and all. We'll blindfold you and poke you with a stick. You'll have to memorize the secret handshake and some other stuff that I'm not at liberty to disclose. After that, we'll start giving you some of the secrets. But not all of them at once, of course.

Or... I suppose you could join the NAPP. That might be less trouble. LOL (www.photoshopuser.com)

FIRE_FOR_EFFECT

is it free?

You have done a supper job.  Your final knight looks as good as it can get (the problem being that the letter 'S' lends itself more readily to a dragon or a snake).

A dragon! Yes, if you have an S, you can turn it into a dragon easily!

Don't forget the consumate V's. They're very important.

Another great program for designing logos is Macromedia's Flash. The thing with Flash is that it uses vectors and not pixels. It has simple tools for creating all kinds of shapes and also changing shapes of an already existing font.

I myself like 2nd one the most, 4th is nice too (horse in 6th is the nicest though). Both would look really great on a billboard, but they are probably too big for a website.

looking forward to seeing this book up close and personal - love the fox in the front cover and really enjoyed Alyssa's interview with Pat Sloan recently - thanks for the chance to win http://www.smartpunchemb.com/services.html
