I've been doing bad recently myself, and from the beginning of the school year I've literally made no progress. It's funny that I set two goals and once I hit the upper one I make no progress for the rest of the year.
Just keep your head up and find your motivation, everything always works out in the end.
Yes but in most of the solves Yiheng (specifically, I know there are other top cubers) does, he does plain CFOP and the only difference between our solves and his are setting up free pairs and xcrosses. And also the hardest part is the TPS when trying to get to his level.
If I lose too much chess games in a row (like 3 or 4), I take a short break, and a lot if the times when I come back I start being crazy good.

You need to not think of yourself as a bad chess player or someone who cannot stop losing games. You have an exceptional rating and you keep on putting yourself down. It makes me sad that you think your bad.
Being angry about losing or specific move. I had to research what it meant as well. I'm unsure of its origin but suspect it might come from pinball where tilt was when a player would get upset and shake the machine (?).

Oh you are so right! I lost 200 points in two days. I was THIS close to hitting 700 (I think 697) and was shaking in anticipation and then lost like seven games in a row because I fell into that trap like a gambler on a losing streak.
I finally threw up my hands and decided not to care and just play for fun. I'm still not close to hitting 700 but I'm FAR HAPPIER and I know that, when I'm good enough, it'll happen. In meantime, I haven't earned it so I just study more.
