Fritz 15 Engine strange behavior

I ran a Fritz 15 vs Fritz 15 engine match, and White played a lot of moves I don't understand. Can someone explain to me why Fritz 15 thought move 43 was a good idea, just giving up White's queen for no apparent reason? Also, White kept moving it's knights back and forth to the same spots, same with its king. Finally, White proceeds to walk right into a mate. I am very confused by this behavior.
