This has happened to me six times in the last two days. Time ticks down for my opponent as if they are thinking and then suddenly it says I have lost due to abandoned. My internet is top notch and when I sense this is happening I move around the site and it works perfectly fine. The issue is very irritating. I've reported the bug twice now and am not sure what to do.
