Game declared as a draw for no reason

I was about to win a game, at which point chess.com declared it as a draw for no reason: it was not a repetition (pawn was captured few moves ago), both players had time left, and it was not a stalemate.

Is this a bug?

It was a draw by triple repetition of position.

The same position was reached after white moves 43, 45, and 47

The pawn on b2 was taken in between

There was no pawn taken on any of those moves. The position was the same all three times.

FYI: "Repetition" doesn't mean the same position occurred three times consecutively. It just has to happen three times at any point.

Nvm, the pawn was taken on move #42. Sorry for the spam, and thanks.
