You can't fix such things. They don't change game results.
YES its happend to me today! I play only 2 games and win but in my statistics i LOSE! Colores was switched, like i play wor luser side and leave game, but i didnt! Dont know how to play now.

If it happened to a lot of people, they may have introduced a bug.
/ Are you using an app? Which one? Or the browser version? V2? or V3?
You could also try using the bug reporting tool. (In the browser version, click on Help. Report a Bug is an option.
Since it takes a screen shot and you have migrated away from your game, perhaps you should try to reproduce it. Play another game and if it happens again, use the bug reporting link.
I already send 2 bug reports. I play on my PC. Using Crome browser. The new version of chess.

In "bugged" games my oponents leave, and chat send message about cheating or something...
Happened to me thrice today, don't know if it's an app error or web user are facing the same problem, anyway just reported the problem to chess.com
Chess.com CEO Erik is aware of the problem and is working on it.

Here is a message from erik:
This morning we had a bug introduced which swapped the colors of the players after the game ended. We have reverted this bug and will fix all records and ratings. This should be completed by end of today. We are very sorry for any worry this may have caused you. If you see any remaining issues after today, please contact support and let us know. We will get it fixed immediately!
Update: we believe we have found the problem and are removing it from the server. Our preliminary review of the data is that this error should not affect your rating, and it appears to only place the wrong player in the wrong position in the archive view only. We hope this is the only issue, and we will be able to fix this so that your archived games appear properly. More updates will be posted here as we have them.

All of these records should now be corrected. If you were affected (about 30% of games for 3 hours were), please check your game archive and verify that the games look correct and ratings are appropriately assigned to the right player.
I played against Azizbakker and won. But when I looked at the game after to see what I could improve the pieces were switched so that my opponent had my pieces and my win. How can we fix this?
