So I was playing a chess rapid game against a player who was about 150 elo higher than me. I was doing ok(down a pawn), when my internet crashes. I restart it and attempt to reconnect to the game. I'm end up getting into other games and had to abort since I was just trying to get back into the game I was in. I should've auto resigned disconnected after 3 mins right? Well I since then the game has not appeared in my archive. Is this just a delay because I didn't lose the 5 points I was supposed to... I was disappointed I didnt get to try for a win since that wouldve been my highest victory
It is most likely not a delay. The only explanation I can think of is that you were playing when the server reset. They do that sometimes in the middle of the night. Usually, they make multiple announcements that it is going to occur.
Maybe you have those announcements blocked?
At any rate, you can write an email to support.
It would help if you could identify when this occurred (a lot more precisely) and the name of your opponent,
