Games like Chess should not have male and female division

Yeah... that's the reason why more women don't play chess...

It relates to this discussion because the disgusting behavior of men is largely driving women away from chess.  No one is saying "all men" and no one is saying "no women."  The men behaving this way are the ones that have caused the problem.  It's directly relevant to the discussion.  In fact, it's the entire cause of the issue.

I'm not sure it's the entire cause. For example in STEM fields there are plenty of women... in countries where these are the only degrees that offer money and a way out. In developed countries, where women have a choice, it seems they don't choose these fields. Maybe it's just not attractive... well to be honest, most men don't like chess or science either.

Having said that, in chess there's something like a 100 to 1 ratio of men to woman. That definitely seem unnatural.

Because in those other fields, girls aren't forced to sit directly across from a little turd in human skin for an hour or more, dealing with their looks, comments, and derision.  And harassment.

I said in developed countries girls don't choose STEM nearly as much as they do in countries where a STEM degree is their ticket to freedom.

I'm saying it's evidence that even if women are intellectually capable, maybe they just don't like that kind of pursuit.

Maybe men too. Maybe in a truly free society no one would choose STEM haha. Maybe men feel pressured into it because they're supposed to be smart, or they're supposed to make money.

There are sports like Football where men have clear advantage over female counterpart with better physical strength. But any sport which does not have clear advantage should not have separation of male and female classes.

Most of the indoor games like chess, pool should have only one tournament where the best person wins.

What is the history behind every sport having a Women's Championship? Is there a science which shows that men have more intellectual capability to give them edge in chess or any other game which is not physical? What about Archery or shooting?

A common argument is that as there aren't many women who can compete in open tourneys, we have separate tournaments to encourage them. Does't this suggest that just like in Tennis or other sport, men have advantage and so we have special tournaments for women. Isn't this same as other physical sports? You can't have it both ways. Either men have advantage and having separate tournament is justifiable. Or they don't then we shouldn't have it separate as many other communities are underrepresented. Why shouldn't we have only white or only black or only brown tournaments as one of them underrepresented?

Honestly?

Simple because it's more socially acceptable to imply women are dumber than men than it is to imply a race's superiority over another race.

I teach kids from age 10 to 18.  I have seen it every year for the last 12 years.  It is the reason girls quit.

You're clearly not doing a very good job then. I'm not sure exactly what you "teach", but someone with an attitude as rotten as yours has no business being around children.
