I'd like some advice from fellow chess players. I'm rated 1035 in Blitz chess here currently (Was 1133 at one point but then played a couple drunk games) and would like your advice.

First some background.

I know the basic theory of many openings (Queen's Gambit Declined, King's Indian, Nimzo-Indian, Ruy Lopez, Four Knights, Giuoco Piano, Sicilian Defense, French Defense).

I understand the concepts of space advantage, weak squares, simplification, outposts, etc.

I watch the chess YouTuber MatoJelic occasionally, but don't like the more analytical ones like KingsCrusher because, frankly, I'm not willing to devote enough of my time to his long analysis.

I play chess very casually but would like to improve.

A sample game of mine, to visualize my level:

I have around 30 minutes to play every day, which is why I almost exclusively play blitz. What would it take to get my rating up to 1500?

Looks like a great game for 1000. Mix it up! Don't just play blitz, play standard as well. Enjoy the analysis. Your joy and love of the game will come from your improvement. Review over your games, no matter what! 30 minutes seems like enough time to play a standard game.

Build an opening repertoire and show us games where you lost, winning games don't help. BTW I'm the same level as you so take my advice with a grain of salt

I reached 1099 blitz rating and I believe that you have to under stand the openings and try to get an edge on your opponent. If you do this then start trading pieces in a manner to increase your lead. I play in chess tournaments and I always get at least 4.5/7 with this tactic. Sometimes you play a few stronger opponents in a row and u drop I played 9 games agains higher opponents and lost 4 so I as expected dropped.

Not very specific.

That is really how you do it in terms of increasing your elo rating. Each category is equally important and requires an indefinable time depending on your goal.
