Its pretty good for 3 months. but have in mind that 1300 rapid equals 1000-1100 blitz whitch equals 1100 fide rating. I think its about average chess player.
Really? I did some Googling about this before and according to the results showing in this survey : https://www.chess.com/article/view/chesscom-rating-comparisons , 1300 in Rapid is ~1150 Blitz and ~1400 FIDE.
That's from Jan 2014.
Anyone who has been on this site obsessively, and has wasted their life here, remembers that in late 2014 (IIRC) they boosted everyone's rapid rating between something like 100 and 500 points (depending on your rating). They did it because (again IIRC) the glass ceiling was about 2000 because of cheating, so after what I assume an improvement in cheat detection they altered active player's ratings overnight.
You learned how the pieces move three months ago? Looks like we have a GM in the making.
I already knew most pieces moves but learned about castle and en-passant three months ago. I doubt I'll ever be a GM because I'm too old so my learning curve will necessarily stagnate at some point and also that lockdown will soon come to an end.
