That is a more interesting question, and I hope a staff member or moderator can shine some more light on that. I have seen high-profile streamers publicly stream some text-only lessons and the challenges. But that doesn't necessarily mean it was correct (or they could have received special permission).

You are not allowed to stream premium video content on either site. Some of the beginner lessons on Chess.com are free, and I'm sure that would not be an issue. The same goes for Chessable for their free materials.
