Give me feedback on this opening (Indian Game: East Indian Defense, Tabby Cat Variation)

This slow, Petrosian like idea prevents the Nimzo-Indian while still allowing Nc3 pretty soon. Play may follow with d5 or Be7. Most of the time, after this, play Nc3. 
 
EXAMPLE GAME:

White gets two advanced centre pawns and ends up using them to win.

I'd say it ends up in very tactical positions, with both sides having active pieces that require only one blunder to decide who wins.
