Glicko RD is a measure of how precise your rating is. Before you play many games, your Glicko RD will be higher, since you haven't played enough games yet. The more games you play, the lower the RD goes. (Mathematically, your Glicko RD is equal to 1 standard deviation, so there's a 95% chance that your true rating will be within plus/minus 2 RDs of your current one.)
