So at the starting position, my white bishop showed up at c8 instead of at f1. Since I had just finished a black game (it was about 67 moves long), and this being in a tourney, the game started immediately and I thought this was just a visual glitch and would correct itself in the moment. I thought, surely I should be able to grab my "invisible" bishop at f1 and drop it somewhere legal. No dice. I could not move the bishop anywhere. I could move the bishop that I could see on c8, but I could not drop it. It was frustrating. Time ran out on the game with me trying to locate the missing bishop. To add insult to injury, I apparently got kicked out of the tourney after this game.
Wut!?
